On Wednesday, July 7 we are launching the #2Cultures weekly twitter party. Connect with other bicultural, multicultural, and 1.5ers, and find out what makes us unique. The weekly convo will explore why we rock, how to best manage the pull from both sides, and funny stories of growing up on the border of two worlds. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to meet similar peeps.

Moderators are Sandra Ordonez, founder of Facebook group Bicultural and Multicultural People Rock! and Marcel Ponton, founder of the Bicultural Ning Network.

Fun starts every Wednesday @ 7pm EST, starting July 7 We will be using the hastag #2cultures. We recommend using TweetChat.com or TweetGrid.com to follow the conversation.

This Tuesday evening, Twitter will be the place to be, especially if you want to learn about the myths and truths of sun protection and have a chance to win some fabulous prizes.
We invite you to join us for an awesome UV Skinz Twitter Party with guest host Susan Wells, Social Media Specialist for Steve Spangler!! The fun starts at 6:00 P.M. PST on Tuesday, June 29th. We will be using the hashtag #uvskinz. There will also be a special tweetgrid set up specifically for the party and we will pass out the link to all those interested.

#SauteToday Twitter Party

With summer quickly approaching, it’s not enough to just fire up the grill; bring out the sauté pan! Sautéing is the number one cooking method in America and there are ways to master the technique. Culinary expert Tori Ritchie will be hosting a Twitter party to celebrate and educate on the art of sautéing. The first 100 “attendees” to the virtual party will receive a free copy of “The Heart-Smart Diabetes Kitchen: Fresh, Fast and Flavorful Recipes Made with Canola Oil” cookbook, which was recently released from CanolaInfo and the American Diabetes Association.
